The Hexagon Project

So, welcome to my hexagon project!

This is how I use up my scraps. Each hexagon is about 1.5″ across, so it’s good even for very small pieces of fabric. Eventually, I’m hoping to sew them all together into a big old double-bed sized quilt for the spare room.

How do you use up your scraps?

The Beginning of Something

Well, after many long hours of pie-in-the-sky planning over cups of coffee (and interrupting toddlers), we have a website, and a blog, an Etsy storefront, and soon a little bit of shop space in Slaithwaite!

Material Goods will be a source of top-quality quilting cottons, haberdashery, and everything the modern quilter needs – including friendly advice!

See you soon!
